Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic operations leader to join our team and play a key role in optimizing the workflow of our delivery team. This team is responsible for providing quality review and analysis services, ensuring our product meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue optimization. This role will require strong collaboration with the product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Planning & Optimization: Develop and manage processes to align delivery team services with financial goals.

Team Capacity Management & Forecasting: Analyze team capacity and create models to meet current and future demands.

Service Delivery & Workflow Optimization:
Oversee service delivery processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences while continuously identifying areas for improvement and automation across workflows.

Technology & Systems Integration:
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to align the technology roadmap with operational needs, ensuring tools like CRM, case management, and knowledge management systems are integrated, scalable, and support the company’s growth.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to identify operational improvements and cost savings.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a tech or analytics-driven company.

Strong skills with experience in data analysis, revenue planning, forecasting, process optimization, and reporting.

Understanding of CRM systems, tech support tools, and data analytics platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
