RIVANNA is seeking a passionate human resources professional to make RIVANNA a premier employment destination within our industry. You will work within a talented team of professionals as we strive to achieve our mission of improving global healthcare through innovative medical technology. This role will involve evaluating and improving employee programs, setting and managing employee-related policies, and contributing to the overall administrative management of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s internal marketing and employee wellness team with the goals of enhancing work environment, morale, reducing turnover, and improving ability for the company to recruit top talent
• Analyze and recommend adjustments to the company’s benefit package
• Manage employee onboarding and benefits programs
• Payroll management
• Act as a liaison with IT and facilities to maintain a properly functioning work environment
• Execute recruitment programs
• Contribute to various administrative support tasks based on company’s evolving needs

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience
• Comprehensive understanding of employee contracts and applicable local, state, and federal employment law
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
• Experience with Zenefits and QuickBooks is preferred
