Caretaker Medical, a developer of innovative wireless patient monitoring technologies is seeking an Order Management Process Specialist to join our growing team in Charlottesville VA. We offer a diverse, casual, and empowering culture that rewards innovative thinking and results.
We are looking for well-organized, self-motivated professional to own our order fulfillment process, support our post-sales customer activities, assist with our CRM reporting and data analysis needs, and participate in other customer facing initiatives. The successful candidate will insure all customer orders are processed timely and accurately, provide data analysis and reporting, assist with product configuration & testing, manage RMAs, and provide administrative support for pre- and post-sales activities. This could be a Full-Time or Part-Time position with flexible work-hours, bonus potential, and benefits. No travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Order Management & Fulfillment Process, from PO processing to order delivery
- Validate and Process Purchase Orders (price, configuration, terms, delivery, records)
- Manage logistics of customer order fulfillment: packaging, documentation, notification, delivery, invoicing
- Manage and document Post-Sales Customer Issues, followup and Surveillance
- Input detailed customer information into CRM database
- Provide Reporting, Data Integrity, and Data Analysis from CRM system
- Manage Customer Records and ensure proper documentation requirements are met
- Assist with customer account management, fulfillment, billing, and documentation
- Assist with Shipping, Receiving, Packaging, and Product Assembly as needed.
- Support Field Sales, Implementation, Training, and Service Personnel as needed
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and customer service
- Self-Starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized and results-driven, with an aptitude for creative problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Desire to learn and seek expanded responsibilities
- A team player with initiative, integrity, a winning attitude
- Experience in FDA Regulated medical devices desired, but not required
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email, WebEx, Online Tools, Social Media)
