About The Role
The Production Supervisor I for the 3rd Shift plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility during nighttime hours. This position is responsible for overseeing production processes, managing team performance, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. The supervisor will implement safety protocols and foster a positive work environment to enhance team morale and productivity. Additionally, this role involves troubleshooting production issues and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow. Ultimately, the Production Supervisor I will contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing operations by ensuring that production goals are achieved consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the 3rd shift to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production targets.

Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred.

- Associate’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
