Clinical Application Specialist

RIVANNA is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to contribute to our emerging medical device company’s rapid growth. You will work within a talented team of professionals as we strive to achieve our mission of elevating the global standard of care. This is a hands-on role in which the right candidate will interface with our distribution partners and our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product demonstrations and training end-users on the proper use of our equipment
  • Provide clinical support to new and existing customers through on-site clinical education
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to commercial account managers in the US
  • Help support customer issues remotely to maintain positive customer satisfaction
  • Support marketing events such as educational workshops and trade-show demos
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend call rotation for clinical support

Experience and Qualifications

  • Two-year degree in Clinical Sonography
  • Must have at least three years experience in diagnostic ultrasound
  • Past clinical application support required with anesthesia clinical experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
