We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to lead our expansion within the Life Sciences industry. This role requires an understanding of the intersection of biology, technology, and clinical research, with the ability to engage clients in diverse fields including commercial therapeutic development, orthopedics, and research. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to quickly master technical concepts, enabling them to effectively demonstrate the value of our technology in advancing health and scientific outcomes.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and engage with clients across a range of sectors, specializing in commercial therapeutic development, orthopedics, and academic research.
  • Promote and sell Springbok’s MRI-based analytics solutions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each sector within the Life Sciences industry.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build pipeline and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, expand market share, and drive growth within targeted Life Sciences sectors.

Technical Expertise:

  • Quickly learn and maintain a deep understanding of Springbok’s MRI-based analytics platform and its applications within the Life Sciences industry. Stay informed on the latest advancements and challenges within Life Sciences.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide product demonstrations, technical support, and solutions for clients.

Sales Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and client needs, providing regular reports to optimize sales strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine client outreach and enhance sales across diverse LifeSciences customers.

Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Understanding of research methodologies and integrating solutions in the study workflow.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet and exceed targets.

A Successful Candidate

  • Experience selling in therapeutic drug development, neuromuscular, and/or commercial research environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards in therapeutic drug development.
