Rivus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering a new class of investigational medicines called Controlled Metabolic Accelerators (CMAs) for the treatment of obesity and its continuum of cardiometabolic diseases. Rivus’ lead CMA is in Phase 2 clinical development to treat obesity-related heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH)/metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and Type 2 diabetes.
